Local Beer Brewing in Missoula, MT

Our beer will be brewed on site in our 15-barrel brew house. We plan to offer a wide range of beer styles, including aggressively hopped IPAs, hazy & milkshake IPAs, European ales and lagers, NW-style pale ales and seasonal specialties. Our line up will include lighter "session" style beers and standard craft styles. We will have a mix of mainstay and rotating beers on tap.

Mango - fied Hefeweizen

We brewed our hefeweizen recipe with house - made mango puree for a new twist. The mango accentuates the clove and spice notes in this beer for a great autumn flavor. 5.4%, 16 IBU

Chili Nelson Poblano Ale

16oz/$6 - 8oz/$3

Medium hop presence accents the spice of the poblano chilis. 200 lbs of local organic chilis were roasted in - house and added directly into this beer. The heat is a mild lingerer. 5.6%, 20 IBU

Hazy Lullabies New England Pale Ale

16oz/$5 - 8oz/$2.50

Very juicy pale ale, full of fresh tropical hop aromas, especially passionfruit. Juicy and silky mouth feel with medium fruity - esters from our London yeast, this beer is dangerously smooth and crushable. 5%, 36 IBU

Plum Farmhouse Saison

16oz/$5 - 8oz/$2.50

Crisp & dry mouth feel. Notes of spice & pepper with hints of sweet, sour & tart. Brewed & fermented with locally harvested
plums. 6.3%, 39 IBU

Mountain Thunder IPA

American style IPA, well rounded maltiness & tropical flavors. Big fruity hop aroma. Dry hopped w/ Citra, Mosaic & Amarillo. 6.8%, 67 IBU

Fire Fight Irish Red

Medium Candy like Caramel Malt. Roasted finish. Medium Bodied. 5.5%, 20 IBU

Velvet Danger Hazelnut Brown

Caramel & chocolate aromas. Full bodied & balanced. 60lbs of Hazelnuts per batch. Velvety smooth. 6%, 25 IBU

Two Shots in the Dark Java Stout

16oz/$5 - 8oz/$2.5

Opaque black. Coffee/caramel/roasted chocolate & malt aromas. Copious amounts of oats = smooth mouth feel. Cold Press MCT Organic Coffee. 6.4%, 27 IBU

We are fortunate to currently be paired with Watson Children's Shelter and donate a portion of sales from kids meals sold to this amazing non-profit.

Tuesday's from 5-7pm is our Community Pint Night which donates back $0.25 from every pint sold during that time to the non-profit of the day.
