Thanksgiving, like everything else, looks different this year. Let us take some of the stress off of the holiday by letting our kitchen help yours. We're selling brined birds by the half or whole, along with an array of delicious classic southern side dishes that are panned up and ready to throw in the oven. Everything's offered A la carte and comes with baking instructions, so you can build your own amazing Thanksgiving dinner without the dishes or the stress.
-Beer/Wine: Crowlers $10/ea, New Growlers with fill $15/ea, Wine by the bottle (see the menu for list/prices)
-Turkey (brined with white wine and autumn spices)
-1/2 bird (~6-7lbs) $35, Whole bird (~12-14lbs) $60
*served w/ cranberry huckleberry sauce, ready to bake buttermilk biscuits, and honeybutter
-Side Dishes (serves 6-8) $15/ea:
-Mac & Cheese with pretzel crust & Broccolini
-Mashed Potatoes with Turkey Gumbo Gravy
-Roasted Brussels Sprouts, shallot, honey dijon
-Cornbread dressing, brown butter, sage, salted apple caramel
-Stuffed Portobello Mushroom Caps: local sausage -or- vegetarian
-Roasted Beet Salad, arugula, hazelnuts, huckleberries, bleu crumbles, peach white balsamic
